Tuesday, May 19th

Arrive Onsite at HLM

It’s recommended that all guests make it to the venue on Tuesday to have time to take part in all activities. Arrive on site any time after 3 pm and settle in.


Dinner (Location TBD)

Time: 6pm | Dress: Casual with Layers

Dinner off-site in the town of Taos. Location pending


Wednesday, May 20th

Brunch

Brunch with coffee will be provided at the pavilion

Time: 8-10am | Dress: Comfortable


Hot Spring Hike

Time: 11am-2pm | Dress: Hike-ready with bathing suit

We will take a drive down to the Rio Grande to hike a brisk 0.3 miles to the riverbed, where there are natural hot spring pools that are free to enjoy. Following the hot springs, guests can continue on a larger group hike or venture back to relax at HLM

Please bring a bathing suit and a towel, dry socks, and clothes.
Backpack recommended.


Hibachi Dinner

Hibachi at Home: Professional Japanese chefs will be visiting and providing us with an authentic hibachi experience in the pavilion!

This is a BYOB event. Please bring what you would like to enjoy with dinner and afterward.

Outdoor Movie

Outdoor movie projector on a large blow-up screen. Seating is provided.

Thursday, May 21st

Brunch

Avocado Toast, Mimosa, and Pastry Bar

Time: 8am-10am | Dress: Comfortable


Everyone Gets Ready

Time: 12pm-2pm | Dress: Southwestern Semi-Formal

Makeup and hair not provided. This is a group experience, so let’s help eachother out! Ladies will get ready together in a designated area, same for the gents. The photographer will arrive on-site mid-way to take photos.

Since we are not requiring matching attire for this event, please feel free to dress according to your personal preference in line with the theme. If you need inspiration for thematic attire, please visit the Pinterest board we’ve assembled for everyone HERE


First Look @ the Rio Grande

Time: 2:30pm-4:20pm | Dress: Southwestern Semi-Formal

We will be taking the bride and groom's first look and group photographs over at the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. This will require guests to drive ~20 min to the location and back.

We ask that guests coordinate rides to make sure everyone is present for this


Time: 4:45pm-5:20 | Dress: Southwestern Semi-Formal

Ceremony

This will take place in the field overlooking the mountains at Hotel Luna Mystica. We will be exchanging vows and a speech from our beloved officiant.

As this is an unstaffed wedding, we kindly ask guests to help us bring chairs from the field to the pavilion afterwards.


Time: 5:30pm-10pm | Dress: Southwestern Semi-Formal

Reception

Cocktail hour, speeches, dinner, and dancing into the night. Full itinerary available early upon request.


Late Night Party

Time: 10pm - all night | Dress: Comfortable with Layers

DJ will stay on site, exact time TBD. Shift to karaoke, games, and playlists post-DJ departure. Movie screen and projector set up for those looking to get more comfortable, while the bride and groom will be cooking up late-night hot dogs to keep the party going.


Friday, May 22nd

Farewell Brunch

All guests check out around 11 am. Drive to the off-site restaurant which is TBD

Time: 11am-1pm | Dress: Casual


Extended Stay

Plans and rental TBD. Looking to get a group Airbnb or glamp/camping anywhere in NM or Colorado. Suggestions welcome! Wherever we go, we will coordinate activities in that area.

Please let us know on your RSVP if you are interested in booking a secondary location to extend the fun.
