1. Check-in time at HLM is at 3 PM daily.

2. It is strongly suggested to travel and arrive on Tuesday, 5.19, to allow a full day of activities on Wednesday. However, as long as you can make the rehearsal dinner on Wednesday, you can plan in whatever way suits you! There is a 10% discount on trailer rentals for Tuesday!!

3. The closest major airport is Santa Fe (SAF), a 1-hour and 45-minute drive from the venue. There are no direct flights to this hub.

4. The next closest airport is Albuquerque (ABS), a 2.5-hour drive to Taos. This is the main airport in NM, with the only direct flights out of the NE departing from JFK and LaGuardia (as far as we know).

5. For those who are adventurous and want to take the scenic route, Denver (DEN) is roughly a 4.5-hour drive to the venue through the Rockies. Flying to Denver is the most economical and accessible option from all airports.

6. We are recommending guests rent a car regardless of their airport for the greatest flexibility, as well as the need to have multiple vehicles on site for the wedding day and the surrounding activities.

7. If that just isn’t your jam, there are also direct flights to Taos from Denver (SKX/TSM) via Contour Airlines; the airport is right across the street from Hotel Luna Mystica. Buses are also available between each hub.

8. It’s suggested that guests share travel plans and rentals for cost efficiency. We ask everyone to please enter their contact and flight information into THIS GOOGLE SHEET so everyone can best coordinate with one another :-)
